Join our Prenatal Program
We believe in the power of yoga to improve people's lives – because we have experienced it ourselves. We love to share it when we teach students. But it's even more powerful when we help those students become teachers themselves.
If you're new to teaching yoga, our Teacher Training program will change your life: You'll join a small group on a journey together, learning how to teach and share the yoga you love, while also becoming a stronger yogi yourself. And if you're already a teacher, it will speed you along on this journey as you gain confidence and expertise as an advanced teacher.
