BETHANY WHITE

She has completed over 500 hours of training, including an 85-hour prenatal certification from the Prenatal Yoga Center in New York, and has taught around 1,000 hours over the past five years. By studying the body more deeply, Bethany aims to guide students with current, intentional support, shaping Aether into a studio that nourishes each individual’s unique path.
VICTORIA CUDJO
Victoria began practicing yoga in 2013 and instantly fell in love with the practice. In 2018 she received 200 hours of training in hatha and vinyasa from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona, and in 2019 she completed 100 hours of yoga nidra training from Dr. Kamini Desai under the Amrit method. Victoria has a Master of Science in Health Psychology and is currently working on her PhD in Performance Psychology. Victoria enjoys gardening, espresso martinis, hiking, traveling, and is a folk singer-songwriter under the name Airrose! She loves teaching a broad range of classes, but her all time favorites are fiery power flows, yin, and sound healings.
LINDSEY EWERT
Lindsey began practicing yoga in 2003 as a complement to her fitness routine in college. While in law school she realized how beneficial her practice was to lowering her stress levels. As she attended more yoga classes at various studios she became interested in how yoga helps move energy and emotions through the body.
Before becoming a teacher, Lindsey was the victim of a hit-and-run that left her with a brain contusion and PTSD. She gained a very intense, intimate relationship with her nervous system as she battled to get her brain and body integrated again after the collision. As she attempted to navigate and explore the (now) unfamiliar world, she found herself on her mat more often. She credits yoga (and qigong) as a healing modality that helped her understand herself again after spending months in total disorientation. Because of this experience, she strives to offer classes that invite compassionate curiosity and awareness while also keeping the nervous system in mind.
STEPHANIE GOURLEY
Stephanie is in her 30th year of teaching group fitness and is currently focusing on functional strength and movement at Aether. She and her family live nearby and enjoy being active participants in the Aether community, often joining in for yoga in the park, full moon, and new moon classes.
With scoliosis, degenerative disk disease, and arthritis, Steph found an alignment-based practice provides a safe way to maintain strength and flexibility while continuing to challenge herself in her practice.

Yoga became a way to listen to the body and find stillness.

The following year, she pursued her 300-hour certification with Dragon, and upon completion, continued her studies online with the American Institute of Vedic Studies under Dr. David Frawley, becoming a certified Yoga and Ayurveda wellness consultant.
Bre believes that Yoga Asana and its deeper practices offer more than just physical fitness; they provide opportunities for practitioners to discover themselves, both physically and spiritually. KATIE BROWN
Katie Brown is an experienced yoga teacher and mindfulness guide with over seven years of teaching experience. Her classes blend yin yoga, myofascial release, yoga philosophy, and mindfulness to create space for breath, embodiment, and inner inquiry.
She came to yoga to heal her relationship with her body after years of body image struggles. Through practice, she learned to befriend her body and embrace it as a source of wisdom and resilience, an experience that continues to shape her compassionate, intentional teaching.
Katie completed her initial 200HR training at Asheville Yoga Center and a second 200HR Yin Yoga training in Greece in 2022. She also teaches Hatha and Vinyasa, offering both energizing flows and deeply grounding practices.
With a special interest in self-awareness and spiritual connection, Katie’s classes hold space for effort and ease, movement and rest. She invites students to come home to themselves- body, mind, and spirit.
Devin Davis
Devin began practicing yoga in 2019 and quickly realized it was more than just movement, it was his way back to trusting his body after having cancer. What started as YouTube flows turned into a daily practice, and eventually, a 200-hour teacher training in 2023.
His classes are creative, grounded, and breath-led, designed to help students build strength, cultivate awareness, and maybe even enjoy the process. Expect thoughtful sequences, supportive cues, and just enough challenge to keep you present (and likely sweaty). Devin’s often described as “serious but soft”—he teaches with intention, holds space without pressure, and always leaves time for stillness.
Outside the studio, Devin is a wellness coach, fermentation enthusiast, and proud dog dad to Reba and Jax. He lives with his partner, who lovingly supports his obsessions with yoga sequencing and pickled garlic.
He’s here to help you feel more at home in your body, no matter where you’re starting from.
